ECHELON is a new relationship between multi-media creator, Carl King (Sir Millard Mulch, Dr. Zoltan Øbelisk, MutantMall.com) and his audience. Here's a cool quote:

REASONS TO JOIN:

• UNLIMITED downloads of all past releases (as they are added): including audio, video, and pdf formats. Burn 'em on CDRs, drop 'em in iTunes, put 'em on your iPod, send 'em to your friends. You'll have one month to grab all the files before the password expires. Just don't sell my stuff and make millions of dollars or I will be mad.
• Custom remixes, edits, and isolated tracks per request. Want to hear the drum tracks by themselves? OK.
